FAQs
What is UCT?
UCT is an umbrella trust, protecting all Sovereign Community Trusts (Anarcho Nations/Anarcho Trusts) and their beneficiaries, founded on principles of Natural Law, supplemented and interpreted by the Treaty of Universal Community Trust (UCT Treaty) and Magna Carta 2020
Cost to Joining?
There is no joining fee for you to create your Family Trust/Private Trust and join a UCT Sovereign Community Trust (micro-nation) – which is how you join the UCT.
We welcome anyone whose values and principles resonate with ours. We are looking for like-minded people to help us build a new advanced civilisation, on the rubble of the empire of ill-gotten gains, both to populate our existing micro-nations and to found new ones.
Is there an Approval System?
Eventually, yes. If you already know any UCT Founding Trustees and/or were invited by them to join their Sovereign Community Trust, then they will introduce you to us.

more FAQs
Do UCT and Magna Carta 2020 offer complete protection from criminal and unjust processes (Bailiffs, court cases etc)?
In theory, yes. UCT, UCT Treaty and Magna Carta 2020 have established supreme jurisdiction, restoring the Common Law and Natural Law.
You would have extra protection if you declare your Family/Private Trusts under UCT Sovereign Community Trusts, thus nullifying the existing tyrannical, unjust systems.
However, in practice, this is a work in progress. Existing authorities do not always act in recognition of a different jurisdiction to theirs, often because they’re arrogant or ignorant.
Each person’s case or situation is different, so while we are confident that UCT Treaty and the principles in Common Law and Natural Law stand above any other jurisdictions, we are unable to guarantee that UCT offers complete protection against unjust or tyrannical actions against you.
Examples of where UCT has offered protection from legal and financial challenges?
Yes, there are various examples of UCT Trusts protecting people or property when challenged.
Please see some Case Studies here.
Joining UCT, does that mean UCT has rights over any land or property I own?
No – your land, buildings and other property are protected in your Family or Private Trust, which the UCT does not even see.
By declaring your Family Trusts or Private Trusts as beneficiaries of Sovereign Community Trusts/AnarchoNations within the UCT, you are gaining an extra layer of protection for your land, buildings and other property.
The beneficiaries of your Family or Private Trusts will be named by you, and will benefit from your Trust as decided by you and the other named trustees.
What if I wish to step outside the system but do not have funds to do so?
The UCT has always been committed to enabling people, within the protection of UCT Trusts, to step outside the current system and build a new system, free from debt enslavement.
The UCT is working on partnerships in order to arrange alternative payment systems such as co-operative trade networks and various cryptocurrencies.
The UCT encourages people and Trusts to trade with others using any alternative payment methods, including barter and sweat equity.
I have no idea about crypto currencies - how can I survive?
Crypto currencies may seem to be a foreign language, yet in the context of the UCT financial system it is not rocket science. Placing your doubts aside study and read all about UCT Token, the crypto that will be transactable in all other currencies including £/$/€. The internal exchange of currency within UCT will come from UCT Cash.

What is sweat equity and can I bank it?
Sweat Equity is a common term for what you put in you get back, or in the terminology of UCT's future, the eventual replacement of money through the exchange of individual skills (whatever they may comprise) and living peacefully in community of like minded souls.
As much as we will need for the transitional period (maybe 15-25 years) something that includes the interaction between both jurisdictions - UCT and the present debt based system - eventually it is envisioned that money becomes a thing of the past in a credit based system. It will be probable that since all needs of everyone are met, the need to 'earn money' becomes history. Where exchange is made it is recognised by what each individual is able to offer. If that is by way of support from an elder, offering emotional and mental support, then that is as much sweat equity as a plumber able to fix the pipes etc.
No banks are needed for these investments!

How is UCT structured?
UCT is formed with layers of trusts. Various Sovereign Community Trusts, which are autonomous micro-nations (also called AnarchoNations/AnarchoTrusts) sit within UCT, and are beneficiaries of UCT as a whole.
Under each of those are numerous Private Living/Family Trusts (with their own trustees and beneficiaries). These Private Living/Family Trusts are beneficiaries of the Sovereign Community Trusts and thus of UCT.
What is Natural Law?
The principles of Natural Law (also sometimes called the Common Law) can be summarised by the following divine maxim:
“Do no harm, cause no loss, and accept no wrongdoing against you.”
Is UCT international?
UCT and UCT Treaty are enshrined in international law and apply internationally, across existing geographic borders.
On 31 August 2012, the Secretary of State of the Foreign & Commonwealth Office [UK government] was sent a copy of the Treaty of Universal Community Trust, outlining the rights of indigenous nations to independence, self-determination and self-governance, as per established principles and conventions in international law.
This was followed, on 15 March 2013, with a Notice of Memorandum of Understanding delivered to Queen Elisabeth II, acknowledging acquiescence of HM’s government to the terms, aims and objectives of the UCT Treaty, under the well established principles of the Law of Nations.
